I am Natalie Padavano, your mindfulness guide. A lover of the outdoors, animals and hiking. I am a Mindfulness Guide, certified Forest Therapy Guide, certified Life and Happiness Coach, and certified Laughter Yoga Leader. I am also a Registered Nurse who worked in the emergency room for many years. I learned the effects stress has on the body firsthand. Stress is the leading contributor to many well-known illnesses such as heart disease, cancer, anxiety, depression, and so much more. I strongly believe that for a person to lead a healthy and balanced life, it is essential to address the needs of the mind, body, and soul collectively. Through my own healing journey, I found practicing mindfulness, especially with nature as a huge contributor to the joy and gratitude I currently experience in my life, and I am passionate about sharing this with others.
