Experience Mindfulness Meditation

Outdoor: Experience the transformative power of mindfulness through Forest Bathing and unlock serenity and inner peace. Step into the present moment, feel grounded, and reconnect with your roots, leaving stress and anxiety behind. Embrace nature as it guides you to a harmonious state of being.

This is a slow-paced, guided sensory walk with invitations to engage with nature. This is not a hike with an end goal. This is an opportunity to slow down, de-stress, and just be.

We will start with a sensory awakening meditation, followed by invitations or prompts to connect with nature, and end with spending some time together over a cup of tea or water (tea and water provided). Total time is approximately 1-1.5 hours.

Indoor: Check out of the busy world and check in with yourself through the transformative power of mindfulness meditation. Here we will practice being in the present moment, inhaling peace, love and joy and exhaling chaos, stress and what no longer serves us. This space will allow you to leave the past in the past and the future for the future. This is an opportunity to slow down, de-stress, and just be.

We will start with a guided mindfulness meditation and end with spending some time together over a cup of tea or water (tea and water provided). Total time is approximately 1 hour. 

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while gently acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations.
